Author, David Anderson grew up in what is now Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. He held the position of editorial cartoonist at The Pretoria News, The Sunday Times, The Rand Daily Mail and finally The Johannesburg Star before moving to Canada in 1990. He now works as a freelance cartoonist and illustrator in Toronto where he lives with his wife and three sons.
