AUTHOR:
Kate Ter-Morshuizen is an ex Head of Department and lecturer in Children’s Lit-erature at Edgewood College of Education, University of KwaZulu-Natal. During her ten-ure, Kate became aware of the power of African folktales as a basis for understanding lit-erature, resulting in writing this series of twelve re-told folktales.
